We are very pleased to report and review our 2012 Customer Satisfaction Survey results. As you know, one of our key goals at all times is to maintain customer satisfaction. To measure this, we send surveys to our customers following our engagements to request their feedback on how we are performing.
 
This past period our results were excellent. Our combined Overall Satisfaction score on the Cisco 5-point scale was 4.83/5.0 or 96.6% - which is 6.76 on a 7-point scale.
 
Cisco’s Theatre Objective for North America is 4.45/5.0 or 89% which we beat solidly.
