Cindy’s education and experience is foundational to the L7’s business strategy and process.  She earned her Civil & Environmental Engineering BS Degree from Cornell University and her masters in Financial Management from the Naval Post Graduate School.  Cindy has focused her career on project management and customer relationships within her engineering positions.  She is an invaluable resource to add practicality and reason to the visionaries within L7.  Her ability to look at technology and business process from a logical, fresh perspective has positively impacted customers and the L7 business direction.
