Bill brings seventeen years experience with some of North America’s blue chip companies and Healthcare organizations across the country. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in E.E. and Master of Science in Telecommunication Networks and numerous technical certifications to bear on all of the services delivered by L7 and to the benefit of all our customers.



Bill’s engineering and deployment experience in the combined Voice and Data fields is outstanding. He has served in the enterprise as well as the service provider spaces and knows how to build solutions that are robust, reliable, flexible, scalable and manageable.
