Harnessing the Power of IP Communications for Healthcare
Children's Hospital Central California sought recommendations to advance its aging telecommunications system, to reduce its overall cost of ownership and to integrate its voice communications with key healthcare applications. L7 Technology Partners developed a comprehensive design for an advanced unified communications platform, based on in-depth interviews, technical and operational environment analysis and detailed vendor comparisons. Specifically, Children's Hospital needed to replace an aging and expensive to maintain phone system, provide an infrastructure to capitalize on today's unified communication and integration features, plan for future needs, consider how best to leverage the existing skill sets of Children's employees and select a system that met all of these challenges. L7's diligent research, detailed planning and design process and customer-driven recommendations focused on meeting Children's Hospital's current and future needs. Children's selected the technology that best fit its requirements. In addition, the hospital chose to utilize L7's project management and deployment services to continue the success of the project into the next phase.
